- Call Recording: Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. In states that require two-party consent for recording (California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington), the AI will ask for your explicit verbal consent before recording continues.
By consenting to receive calls, you acknowledge and agree that some or all communications may be conducted using AI technology. You may request to speak with a human representative at any time during a call.
4. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Disclosure

10. Do Not Call Policy
We maintain an internal Do Not Call (DNC) list in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FTC's Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR). If you request to be placed on our DNC list, we will add your number within 24 hours and retain the entry for a minimum of 10 years. We also check the National Do Not Call Registry before placing outbound calls.
